Highly Inadvised Tip #1: SELinux can be disabled by editing the file "/etc/selinux/config" and changing the value of the "SELINUX" variable to "disabled".

Yeah… Don’t do that unless you really know what you are doing because that will disable the SELinux system and eliminate any security that it provided.
